Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for our products, ensuring quality and reliability through rigorous manual and automated testing processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans to ensure all functional and non-functional targets are fulfilled.
• Execute and monitor test scripts to evaluate product functionality, dependability, performance, and quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects within the production process.
• Investigate customer complaints and product problems to ensure user needs are met and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements during the testing phase.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar testing role.
• Proficiency in API testing using industry-standard tools.
• Strong functional testing skills with a focus on manual testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation tools for test script execution.
• Ability to design, write, and implement comprehensive test scripts.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance databases and defect tracking software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for clear reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience investigating customer and product-related issues to drive root cause analysis.
