Description

You will architect, troubleshoot, and manage endpoint systems for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, test, and deploy client images for Windows workstations, VDI, and macOS.
• Manage and evolve enterprise client management systems including InTune, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot virtual desktops on VMware Horizon.
• Install and administer security updates and patches for all endpoints.
• Develop process documentation and troubleshooting guides for endpoint deployment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management or desktop engineering.
• Proficiency with SCCM and JAMF for macOS imaging and packaging.
• Experience managing Windows 10 desktop environments and Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon VDI.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Windows administration tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with converged endpoint management and application packaging.
• Knowledge of Windows Deployment Services and task sequences.
