You will analyze large datasets to support legislative decision-making and public need assessments in Raleigh, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Combine and analyze large amounts of data from disparate sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and data analytics to predict future state needs.
• Collaborate with the GIS team to build maps representing analysis results.
• Support the identification of areas unable to meet public needs through data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Tableau for visualization and reporting.
• Linear Optimization techniques.
• HTML/CSS for web-based data presentation.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to work onsite in Raleigh, NC, four days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GIS tools and spatial data analysis.
• Background in public policy or legislative support.
