Description

You will manage database metadata, user security, and application support tasks within a SQL environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor helpdesk ticket queues and prioritize tasks by severity and priority levels.
• Execute user security change requests using in-house tools and template T-SQL scripts.
• Develop and implement data scripts for SAP ASE databases using IDERA Rapid SQL.
• Test lookup values, metadata modifications, and application security for quality assurance.
• Maintain procedural documentation for metadata administration and application security tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of T-SQL fundamentals.
• Experience with SQL and performing metadata analysis for case management systems.
• Experience using Idera.
• Bachelor's degree with an IT-related major or minor, or an Associate's degree with an IT-related major or minor.
• Two years of experience in the IT area.
