Description

You will support IT operations under the supervision of the IT lead.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer networks, hardware, systems software, and application configurations.
• Execute data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Implement network security measures to protect data and hardware.
• Configure and monitor email applications and virus protection software.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in systems administration.
• Proficiency in Administration Software.
• Experience with Application Server Software.
• Knowledge of Authentication Server Software.
• Familiarity with Backup or Archival Software.
• Understanding of Network Access Software.
• Experience with Internet Directory Service Software.
• Knowledge of Network Security and VPN Equipment Software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with File Versioning Software.
• Knowledge of Network Operating System Enhancement Software.
• Understanding of Internet Protocol IP Multimedia Subsystem Software.
