Description

Support the IT lead in maintaining and administering computer networks and computing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer hardware, systems software, applications, and configurations.
• Perform data backups and execute disaster recovery operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, replacing defective components as needed.
• Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Configure and monitor email applications and virus protection software.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Experience with Network Access Software and VPN.
• Knowledge of Network Security protocols.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Familiarity with Application Server, Authentication Server, and Backup/Archival software.
• Understanding of Internet Directory Services and IP Multimedia Subsystem software.
• Ability to work with Network Operating System Enhancement and File Versioning software.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel to various client sites across the USA.
