Description

You will support the IT Lead in maintaining and improving system workflows, functionality, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Modify and expand existing systems to improve workflows or serve new business purposes.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs, including coordinating installations.
• Analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to identify and correct code errors.
• Develop and document system design, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist staff and users in resolving computer-related malfunctions and program problems.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with Program Testing Software.
• Experience with Web Platform Development Software.
• Experience with Enterprise Application Integration Software.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Software.
• Knowledge of Development Environment Software.
• Competency in Object/Component Oriented Development Software.
• Ability to travel to various client sites across the USA as required.
