Description

You will provide technical support for Cloud Platform products, including Compute Engine and related services.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot cloud architectures to assist customers with technical solutions.
• Perform root cause assessments using existing knowledge bases.
• Provide customers with bug progress summaries using available tools and platforms.
• Research technical issues through internal documentation and public resources like StackOverflow.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with web protocols such as HTTP, DNS, and SSL/TLS.
• English fluency at a C1 level.
• Ability to work on-site in Bucharest on a 24/7 shift rotation (Monday to Sunday).
• Valid European citizenship or a Romanian work permit.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modern API technologies.
• Understanding of Serverless and Cloud Storage.
