Description

You will provide advanced account administration and technical support for identity and access management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and modify user accounts within Active Directory for new and existing employees.
• Troubleshoot data and application access issues by adjusting Active Directory properties.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes to establish operational standards.
• Lead small-scale projects and direct the work of others with regular status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical specialty roles involving complex systems.
• Expertise in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident management and documentation.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, security policies, and data protection.
• Ability to perform advanced system analysis to resolve complex access problems.
• Experience implementing IT security requirements to prevent unauthorized data access.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DOT and ITS security protocols.
