You will produce and maintain technical documentation for in-house and vendor financial systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and update technical documentation for internal and vendor-provided financial systems.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and clarify technical requirements.
• Translate complex technical content into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal standards.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• 3+ years of experience working within a brokerage or financial services firm.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Experience working in deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial systems documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
