You will own quality assurance and defect management, executing performance testing cycles to validate system stability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance testing cycles to validate system stability and scalability.
• Track, log, and manage defects using Jira and Rally throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes and support problem-solving efforts.
• Maintain accurate test records and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools, specifically Jira and Rally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret test data and trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage testing tasks within defined timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
