You will execute manual and automated testing to ensure software aligns with user requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual testing to validate software against user requirements.
• Design usability studies for technology platforms.
• Track and resolve identified defects with internal and external technical teams.
• Develop and maintain user guides, technical manuals, and project process documentation.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 2 years of experience designing usability studies for technology platforms.
• 2 years of experience performing automated and manual testing.
• 2 years of experience tracking and resolving defects with technical teams.
• 1+ years of experience writing technical manuals and user documentation.
• 1 year of experience collaborating directly with development teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
