Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a diverse range of employee experience initiatives.
• Work daily with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage administrative tasks for ongoing employee projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in employee experience or wellbeing.
• Experience managing complex events.
• Project management skills to develop and execute new creative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work hands-on with both small and large projects.
• Any graduate degree.
