Description

Support Workday implementation and post-production data operations for HCM, Compensation, and Talent modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data management for small-scale Workday implementation initiatives.
• Support scope definition, data conversion activities, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
• Perform routine mass data loads and assist with year-end processes.
• Troubleshoot data issues independently or collaboratively with senior analysts.
• Perform basic data validation checks to ensure compliance with business rules.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Workday operations, data support, project internships, or relevant HRIS roles.
• Good understanding of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundation knowledge of data analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of Workday HRIS and HCM modules.
• Experience with Data Support tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to follow instructions and maintain data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Workday data structures, EIB, worksheets, and mass data uploads.
