Description

You will manage and maintain Kafka infrastructure and middleware environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and patch Kafka brokers, Zookeeper, Schema Registry, Kafka Connectors, and KSQL.
• Build and set up new Kafka environments from scratch.
• Support application configuration and deployment processes.
• Manage middleware environment support and maintenance.
• Automate tasks using Ansible scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka administration.
• Proficiency with Kafka components including Brokers, Zookeeper, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, and KSQL.
• Expertise in environment installation, configuration, and patching.
• Strong experience with Ansible scripting.
• Proven ability to build new environments.
• Working experience in Linux environments.
• Experience providing middleware environment support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
