Description

You will manage and maintain Kafka infrastructure, middleware environments, and automation pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and patch Kafka brokers, Zookeeper, Schema Registry, Kafka Connectors, and KSQL.
• Build and set up new Kafka environments from scratch.
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible scripting.
• Support application configuration and deployment processes.
• Manage ongoing middleware environment support and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka administration.
• Proficiency with Kafka components including Brokers, Zookeeper, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, and KSQL.
• Expertise in environment installation, configuration, and patching.
• Strong experience with Ansible scripting.
• Proven ability to build new environments.
• Working experience in Linux environments.
• Experience providing middleware environment support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
