Description

Manage and maintain Kafka clusters within an OpenShift Kubernetes environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Kafka topics, including creation, updates, and deletions.
• Deploy and maintain Kafka clusters running on OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Configure and manage Kafka Connectors, specifically JDBC, S3, and RedShift.
• Ensure the stability of the Kafka infrastructure within containerized environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Kafka administration.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka topic management.
• Direct experience with Kafka Connectors (JDBC, S3, and RedShift).
• Experience deploying and maintaining Kafka clusters in OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency with OpenShift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RedShift data integration.
