Description

You will manage Kafka operations and provide L3 support for platform tenants, ensuring system stability and tenant success.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage sessions with multiple tenants to remediate production incidents.
• Onboard prospective tenants through one-on-one configuration and architecture reviews.
• Build automated pipelines and real-time monitoring software for self-healing operations.
• Maintain quality documentation, including diagrams and Runbooks in Confluence.
• Handle L3 support activities during weekends and off-business hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Kafka operations and administration.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and CloudWatch.
• Ability to perform log pattern analysis and dashboard querying using PromQL.
• Hands-on experience with Git essentials: pull, push, merge, rebase, and clone.
• Competency with developer tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Experience working in Agile structures using Jira, BitBucket, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving skills using appropriate design patterns.
• Any Graduate degree.
