Kafka Administrator

You will manage and support Kafka and messaging middleware environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Confluent Kafka, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ across Linux, EC2, Windows, and AIX.
• Manage Cloud Kafka configurations, including MSK and Confluent Cloud.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka-related issues to ensure stability.
• Provide application support and implement Confluent Kafka design pattern best practices.
• Administer middleware using WebSphere MQ Series 80.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware or Kafka administration.
• Hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka and Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency with RabbitMQ (RMQ).
• Experience managing Kafka on Linux, EC2, Windows, and AIX.
• Direct experience with Cloud Kafka, MSK, and Confluent Cloud.
• Knowledge of WebSphere MQ Series 80.
• Ability to apply design patterns specific to Confluent Kafka.
• Any Graduate degree.
