Description

You will manage and optimize Kafka infrastructure while automating operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Kafka infrastructure and message queue technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as the escalation point for Level 2 teams.
• Develop automation to replace manual tasks and build self-service tools for application users.
• Create and maintain operational policies and best practices to ensure consistent execution.
• Manage incidents and problems while participating in weekly infrastructure and change review meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration and support.
• Deep expertise in Kafka and message queue technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to perform complex troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience managing incident and problem lifecycles.
• Ability to build automation tools to reduce operational overhead.
• Graduate degree in any field.
