You will manage, optimize, and secure Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability and performance for real-time data streaming.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Kafka clusters, implementing high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Monitor cluster performance, identify bottlenecks, and fine-tune configurations for optimal throughput and latency.
• Implement and manage security configurations, including access control, authentication, and encryption.
• Set up monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve connectivity and data-related issues.
• Automate routine cluster management tasks and develop scripts to streamline operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Apache Kafka administration.
• Strong understanding of Kafka cluster architecture, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with performance optimization, including throughput and latency tuning.
• Proficiency in implementing security protocols such as access control and encryption.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and data problems within the Kafka ecosystem.
• Experience with automation scripting for cluster management tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
