Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize Kafka infrastructure and data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize Kafka-based data pipelines and cluster environments.
• Create and maintain Kafka topics, producers, consumers, and Python-based integrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide 3rd-level administrative support.
• Maintain availability, security, and reliability of the Kafka infrastructure.
• Develop automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency and stability.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Kafka Administrator.
• Proven expertise in designing, managing, and troubleshooting Kafka clusters in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting distributed data systems.
• Proficiency in Python for Kafka integrations.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or Storm in production settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience.
