Description

You will manage and maintain Kafka infrastructure across Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Confluent Platform on OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Configure and maintain Active-Passive clusters using Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK).
• Implement Kafka security protocols using SASL_SSL and RBAC, including role bindings and ACLs.
• Manage data movement and synchronization using Cluster Link and Replicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Kafka Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience using Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Deep understanding of Kafka security, specifically SASL_SSL and RBAC (role bindings, ACLs).
• Practical experience with Cluster Link and Replicators.
• Proven ability to configure Active-Passive clusters via CFK.
• Any Graduate degree.
