Description

You will design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant Kafka clusters on Azure with a focus on multi-zone disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Kafka clusters on Azure to support high availability and scalability requirements.
• Develop integration pipelines using Kafka Connectors, implementing both Source and Sink configurations for application integration.
• Monitor cluster health and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Design and implement multi-zone disaster recovery strategies for streaming infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or streaming roles.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster management and configuration.
• Proven experience deploying and managing Kafka on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with Confluent Kafka platform and ecosystem.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Kafka Connectors for data ingestion and export.
• Knowledge of designing streaming architectures for multi-zone disaster recovery.
• Degree in any field of study.
