Description

Advise application teams on Kafka architecture, strategy, and delivery for solution demand.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture guidance to teams implementing event-driven and streaming patterns.
• Design integration solutions using Kafka following data streaming best practices.
• Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions.
• Perform data-related benchmarking, performance analysis, and tuning.
• Advise on the use of Kafka brokers, producers, consumers, and connectors.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in integration technologies and data streaming.
• Deep understanding of Kafka architecture and the Kafka ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka clusters, brokers, ZooKeeper, and Kafka topics.
• Strong Java development background.
• Proficiency with SQL and various connectors including SQL and HTTP.
• Experience with in-memory applications and data integration.
• Proven track record of delivery in complex integration environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Salesforce and Kafka integration.
