Description

Design and architect large-scale streaming systems and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect distributed systems using Kafka and cloud platforms.
• Deploy and manage streaming workloads on AWS.
• Develop scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Lead technical teams through complex application analysis and design phases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in modern software development and systems design.
• 7+ years of experience with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in Confluent Kafka, Apache Flink, and Kafka Connect.
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying to AWS.
• Strong development skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams for at least 1 year.
