Description

Build and manage real-time data streaming applications using Apache Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Kafka Producers and Consumers.
• Set up Kafka topics, brokers, and ZooKeeper instances.
• Optimize and scale Kafka clusters for high performance and reliability.
• Tune Kafka configuration parameters for producers and consumers.
• Manage event handling and real-time data streaming while addressing failure scenarios and exceptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of Apache Kafka architecture and internals.
• Experience working with Kafka Source/Sink Connectors and REST Proxy.
• Working knowledge of RESTful services.
• Ability to handle real-time event streaming and exception management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of KSQL.
• Experience developing Kafka applications within Kubernetes.
