Description

You will design and manage large-scale data ingestion pipelines using Kafka to support critical data projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data ingestion patterns for databases and files using both readymade and custom connectors.
• Implement bulk and transactional API ingestion methods.
• Manage Kafka cluster setup, performance tuning, and redundancy configurations.
• Apply Kafka best practices to ensure data integrity and system stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a primary focus on Kafka.
• Deep expertise in Kafka cluster setup and tuning.
• Strong SQL skills for data project execution.
• Hands-on experience with full and incremental data ingestion patterns.
• Experience developing custom connectors for databases and files.
• Proficiency with API-based ingestion (bulk and transactional).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within AWS environments.
