Lead Kafka migration projects and manage distributed data streaming architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kafka data migration projects while ensuring data integrity.
• Manage Kafka architecture components including topics, partitions, brokers, and consumers.
• Monitor and tune Kafka clusters for optimal performance.
• Implement security best practices using SSL encryption and authentication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of Kafka architecture and core components.
• Hands-on experience with Confluent Platform, Kafka Connect, and Kafka Streams.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka security protocols.
• Expertise in cluster monitoring and performance tuning.
