Description

You will own production-grade streaming infrastructure and workflow automation using Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Kafka topics, producers, and consumers, leveraging Kafka Streams or Connect for data pipelines.
• Manage Elasticsearch clusters, including indexing strategies and query optimization.
• Implement and maintain workflows using the Flowable BPM engine.
• Utilize AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate code generation and review.
• Develop and deploy full-stack components using .NET and React.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Production experience with Apache Kafka (topic design, consumers/producers, Kafka Streams or Connect).
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch (indexing, querying, cluster management).
• Experience with Flowable BPM/workflow engine.
• Basic proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT).
• Experience with .NET or React in a full-stack context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks or autonomous AI workflows (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Kubernetes orchestration experience.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with event sourcing.
