Description

You will design and implement near real-time data streaming and event-driven integration solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, and Apache Kafka.
• Develop and deploy Kafka producers and consumers for high-throughput, low-latency processing.
• Build real-time messaging applications using Kafka within AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot Kafka issues and optimize performance for high-frequency event streams.
• Integrate Kafka with cloud and on-premises applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Kafka, AWS, and Java.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka integrations.
• Proficiency with Apache messaging technologies including Apache Kafka and Apache ActiveMQ.
• Experience with MQ systems such as IBM MQ.
• Strong Java development skills with expertise in real-time messaging.
• Experience managing high-volume, low-latency data streams.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and fault tolerance principles.
• Python development experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
