Description

You will own the full stack development lifecycle for complex enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Kafka and Java.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex web applications using Angular and Java.
• Configure and administer Kafka for high-throughput data streaming.
• Create and maintain data models to ensure data integrity across enterprise sources.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to align solutions with project goals.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and team improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of senior-level Java programming (J2EE, Spring, REST APIs).
• 3+ years of hands-on Kafka experience, including configuration and administration.
• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Extensive AWS development experience: Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB/Aurora, Redshift, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EC2, CloudWatch, CodeCommit, CloudFormation.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• CI/CD expertise using Git, Jenkins, and JIRA in agile scrum environments.
• Understanding of domain-oriented and event-driven design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing complex integration solutions.
• Background in Elastic Beanstalk and Data Pipeline.
