Description

You will design and implement technical solutions for Kafka on-premises and in Confluent Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, and upgrade Confluent Kafka platforms, including Kafka Brokers, Schema Registry, and connectors.
• Deploy and manage Kafka within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Implement technical solutions using KSQL DB and understand its underlying functions.
• Optimize Kafka client producer and consumer performance.
• Manage on-premises Kafka deployments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Kafka administration and infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers and Schema Registry.
• Practical knowledge of KSQL DB implementation.
• Experience with Kafka connectors and their underlying implementation.
• Deep understanding of Kafka Producer and Consumer functioning.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience deploying Kafka in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluent Cloud.
