Description

You act as the subject matter expert for Apache Kafka and distributed messaging systems, owning the development of reliable code and data processing workflows within Azure Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manageable, reliable code for distributed messaging environments.
• Implement data processing workflows using PySpark and Java.
• Manage and maintain messaging infrastructure within Azure Cloud.
• Write and maintain shell scripts for system automation.
• Optimize code to meet concurrency and multi-threading requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data or backend engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Apache Kafka and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Java and PySpark.
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
• Strong command of shell scripting.
• Practical understanding of distributed messaging systems.
• Deep knowledge of multi-threading and concurrency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing high-throughput distributed systems.
