Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations.
Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Boot based microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures.
Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes.
Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues.
Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation.
Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation.
Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
Monitor system health using tools Dynatrace.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT).
Experience with SQL databases.
Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).
Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred
