Description

You will build and manage scalable backend systems and high-volume data applications using KDB.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through the full front-end development life cycle.
• Develop secure backend systems using Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Leverage KDB for data ingestion, manipulation, and querying.
• Design and implement databases, schemas, and data models to manage application data.
• Implement DevOps practices for application deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• 3+ years of experience in KDB development.
• Proven experience with KDB+ and q programming.
• Proficiency in Python with Django, Java with Spring, or Node.js with Express.
• Expertise in database architecture, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and management principles.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to design applications for high volume and continuous operation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices infrastructure.
• Familiarity with market risk concepts.
