Description

You will support and develop a multi-terabyte, massively distributed orders and executions platform for equities, rates, and FX.

Responsibilities

• Develop KDB+ infrastructure to support queries from native Q and languages including Java, C#, and Python.
• Enhance architecture for low latency, fast ingestion, and high availability.
• Build tools for data acquisition, loading, data quality, and production support across asset classes.
• Develop modularized, microservice-based components for the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or database development.
• Proficiency in KDB+ and the Q language.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with C#.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data processing workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
