Description

You will implement, support, and maintain KDB systems for clients, focusing on secure production code and large-scale stack management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize Q code for high-performance financial applications.
• Manage releases and code deployment for KDB systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models.
• Ensure compliance with SEC Rule 15c3-1 and financial regulatory reporting standards.
• Manage real-time applications for high-stakes financial operations using Agile and JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in Q/KDB+ and creating/managing large KDB stacks.
• Solid knowledge of UNIX OS.
• Experience with software delivery processes and methodologies.
• Proven track record in the financial sector, specifically end-to-end development.
• Familiarity with Agile development and JIRA.
