Description

You will develop and maintain high-performance data systems using KDB+/q for real-time and historical data processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize KDB+/q applications for large-scale datasets.
• Design efficient data models and queries to ensure scalable solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance in Unix/Linux environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust data systems.
• Write clean, well-documented code following engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in KDB+/q development and data handling.
• Strong understanding of time-series data and real-time data processing.
• Proficiency in data modeling and query optimization within KDB.
• Experience with debugging and developing financial data systems.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
• Expertise in performance tuning and data processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
