Description

Configure and maintain Kepware KEPServerEX to ensure reliable data flow between OT and IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Kepware channels, devices, and tags to meet production requirements.
• Integrate Kepware with PLCs, SCADA systems, and Historians.
• Implement OPC UA security standards and manage industrial protocol drivers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support live production systems.
• Maintain system documentation, backups, and configuration standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kepware KEPServerEX.
• Strong understanding of Modbus, OPC UA/DA, and EtherNet/IP.
• Experience with PLC communication and OT network architectures.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for industrial connectivity issues.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or integration roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Historian systems integration.
• Knowledge of industrial security best practices.
