Description

You will manage the recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of independent contractors for customer experience projects.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and schedule independent contractors to conduct industry-specific projects.
• Coordinate auditor routes and timelines to meet project requirements while maintaining budget constraints.
• Research and recommend new recruitment procedures through social media, web postings, or networking outlets.
• Provide technical assistance and customer service to auditors and evaluators regarding project queries.
• Track sourcing responses and collaborate with stakeholders to summarize lessons learned for operational improvement.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate recruiting or temporary agency role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
• Ability to navigate and learn proprietary web-based database systems quickly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for handling customer queries and explaining audit details.
• Proven ability to sustain professional conversations and maintain accurate dialogue records.
• Bachelor's degree.
