You will manage the recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of independent contractors for customer experience projects.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and schedule independent contractors to conduct industry-specific projects.
- Contact evaluators regarding available projects via email, text, phone, and other recruiting resources.
- Coordinate auditor routes and timelines to meet project requirements while maintaining budget constraints.
- Research and recommend new recruitment procedures through social media, web postings, or networking outlets.
- Provide technical assistance and customer service to auditors and evaluators regarding project queries.
- Track sourcing responses and collaborate with stakeholders to summarize lessons learned for operational improvement.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate recruiting or temporary agency role.
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ability to navigate and learn proprietary web-based database systems quickly.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for handling customer queries and explaining audit details.
- Proven ability to sustain professional conversations and maintain accurate dialogue records.
- Bachelor's degree.
