Description

Manage local and international key accounts to drive business development in a B2B industrial packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage local accounts and execute on marketing-generated leads.
• Identify and develop international key accounts by building relationships with decision makers.
• Promote industrial packaging products by applying technical understanding of packaging processes to meet customer needs.
• Translate requirements from brand-owners and co-packers into actionable strategies.
• Execute business development strategies to generate new revenue and profit through targeted product and service solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager.
• Proven track record in B2B business development and commercial management.
• Experience pitching to and acquiring new B2B clients.
• Experience with import, export, and trading processes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to provide technical expertise regarding industrial packaging needs.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tangerang as a permanent employee.
