Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with existing clients.
• Execute account mining strategies within the current customer base.
• Provide strategic planning and support to help key customers grow their business.
• Deliver business analytics to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in the Indian staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of service delivery to customers.
• Experience servicing System Integrators and Implementation Partners in the Indian market.
• Strong business development and sales acumen.
• Deep understanding of the Indian staffing industry landscape.
• Proficiency in business analytics and data analytics.
• MBA or PGDM with a Marketing specialization.
