Description

You will lead the implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response, managing full lifecycle projects from discovery through hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to document supply chain network, operating model, and planning requirements.
• Design data models, configure Rapid Response, and implement standard functionalities.
• Lead solution blueprinting, assign configuration tasks, and review project deliverables.
• Support data integration, including source system transformation, loading, and validation.
• Execute unit and end-to-end tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years implementing supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions (Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, OMP, or E2Open).
• Firsthand experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology for enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in business requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying advanced mathematical models to supply chain requirements.
• Ability to support data management and quality assurance practices.
