Description

You will design and deploy Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions to solve complex supply chain and operational challenges. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis to align strategic leaders with technical teams.
• Produce technical architectures, system requirements, and project timelines.
• Develop client-ready materials including functional designs, requirement specifications, and test plans.
• Evaluate risks related to requirements management, testing processes, and organizational change management.
• Advise clients on architectural decisions regarding the RapidResponse platform and supporting technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Proven experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration.
• Functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service, or transportation management.
• Deep understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and data structures.
• Ability to produce technical architectures and estimate project resource requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent work experience.
