Description

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational bots for chat and voice use cases on the Kore.ai platform.
• Build and manage intents, utterances, entities, dialog flows, and conversation logic.
• Implement NLP/NLU configurations, context handling, and error/fallback strategies.
• Integrate bots with enterprise backend systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Perform bot testing, tuning, and optimization to improve accuracy, containment, and user experience.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 2+ years hands-on Kore.ai development.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions on the Kore.ai platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Node.js for custom logic and webhook development.
• Experience integrating bots with REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts (intents, entities, dialog management, NLU).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment concepts.
• Experience with chatbot and/or voice bot development in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Kore.ai Basic or Advanced Certification.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with contact center platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys) or IVR flows.
