Description

You will design and implement intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.ai platform. You own the end-to-end development of conversational AI solutions, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions and virtual assistants on the Kore.ai platform.
• Implement NLP and machine learning algorithms to improve conversational capabilities.
• Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs via REST and SOAP web services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and work with UX/UI designers on user experience.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of all Kore.ai implementations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Kore.ai Developer or in a similar conversational AI role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of NLP and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with various authentication processes.
• Knowledge of testing procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Kore.ai certification.
• Experience with other conversational AI platforms.
• UI-side development experience in React.js, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
