Description

You will develop conversational AI solutions, specifically IVR and chat bots, using the Kore.AI platform. You will implement backend logic and integrations using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy conversational bots using Kore.AI.
• Design and implement IVR and chat bot workflows.
• Build backend services and logic using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate bot capabilities with existing enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience developing with Kore.AI.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Understanding of conversational AI principles and bot design.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise IVR systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integrations.
