Description

Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable conversational AI solutions and virtual assistants using Kore.AI APIs.
• Implement NLP and NLU capabilities for context-aware conversations.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications alongside UX and QA teams.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated software releases with DevOps.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in the Kore.AI platform and its associated APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Keras.
